With a Performance Related MSA the objective is to create a win-win relationship between Radio Holland and ship owner/manager, by minimizing the annual maintenance costs for on-board maritime electronics of the contracted ships. The shipowner is expected to provide optimum information before Radio Holland plans to carry out the service call on board the vessel. Thus allowing RH to deliver the most efficient and effective service intervention and service coordination as possible. The SBMC MSA is included in this agreement
