Application procedure

To apply for a job

You want to apply for a vacancy, intern- or traineeship that is listed on the Imtech Jobsite you can fill out the electronic form and attach your CV that you find at the bottom of the job description there. Within a few days you will receive a confirmation of your application. Or Human Resource department will look if your profile and CV match the vacancy. When these match you will be invited for a orientation interview. The application procedure commonly will go as follows.

Interview

At the first interview the manager from the department where of the vacancy will be present next to a person from HRM. If this meeting has a positive outcome you will be invited for a second meeting with the manager and his or her senior. If this second interview also has a positive outcome you will be invited for an interview regarding the terms of employment. This interview will be held with the recruiter or the manager of the HRM department. With some functions the procedure may differ from the standard procedure.

Open application

With an open application the HRM department considers whether you profile and CV fits one of the current or future job openings within our company. You will always, preferably within a few days, receive a notification if a suitable function is available. It is also possible that we file your personal data in order to invite you when a fitting job opening becomes available.
